I sold a 2 bedroom flat earlier this year when there was a lot of uncertainty in the market. The Radstock team generated a large number of views and importantly they all seemed genuinely prospective buyers. Once I had an offer George went over and above to ensure that we completed in a quick turnaround, despite all sorts of wrinkles from surveys and mortgage companies etc. From a sellers perspective I couldn’t rate the Radstock team more highly.

We are renting through them and since day one the communication has been really good. They are super responsive and care about the properties they are are looking after. They will send someone within 24 hours if there is an issue and fix it if needed in a really timely manner.
